Shipping policy

Delivery in Lithuania:
Jewelry/jewelry goods are sent via Lithuanian Post.
* Delivery price when sending via LP EXPRESS terminals – 4€
* When sending jewelry by regular mail, the delivery price is 5€ (The delivery price may change when choosing a different courier).
* The maximum delivery time is 7 calendar days from the order submission if the jewelry has already been manufactured and processed.

International Shipping:
Jewelry items are sent by registered priority mail.
The delivery price is €8. (Shipping cost may vary depending on which country the jewelry is sent to).
* The maximum delivery time to Europe is 14 calendar days from placing the order when the jewelry is manufactured and processed.
* Maximum delivery time to North/South America, Africa, Asia, and Australia – 30 calendar days from placing the order, when the jewelry is manufactured and processed.

* Shipments through postal terminals (LP EXPRESS) in LITHUANIA are insured by 500€ (case of lost parcel). In the last 3 years of “Make It Louder Jewellery” brand operation, NOT A SINGLE PARCEL WAS LOST without the ability to recover it.

** Delivery terms are calculated from the date of order submission only for already made jewelry.
*** From the start of placing the order, for unmade jewelry, the maximum delivery time should be calculated as follows: Production time (MAX 90 days) + shipping time (MAX 7 days) = MAX 97 days to receive the ordered, not yet made jewelry

**** From the moment order was made for PRECIOUS STONES (Sapphires etc.), purchased jewels will be sent out to Latvian or Lithuanian assaying & probation offices for certification. Genuine precious stones with documents will then be sent out to customer. Once precious stone was ordered, maximum delivery time should be calculated as follows: Probation office certification of precious jewel (takes up to 14 days) + Shipping time (MAX 7 days) = MAX 21 days for customer to receive precious stone.

***** PLEASE TAKE IN CONSIDERATION THAT PRODUCTION OF CUSTOM JEWELLERY ORDER OR INDIVIDUAL PRECIOUS STONE CERTIFICATION AND PREPERATION FOR DELIVERY - USUALLY TAKES LESS TIME THAN STATED ABOVE.
